My son loves this toy. He uses to pretend he is Ben 10 aliens. His friends like it as well. They play for hours pretending to be Ben 10 and saving the world. It is fun to see them use their imagination. The seller was quick and prompt. I received the item in the condition it was stated on the website. I will buy from them again.

The toy was ok,my son played with it for a short time. The voice changer aspect is a lot of fun but I don't think the toy will hold older children's attention for long. It is not well made and the parts broke with in a month. I would invest in a better made Ben 10 toy.
